Global Achievements. Me and a friend are trying to play co-op and it's just way too laggy. There is a second delay on all our movements. We live in the same town so it's not location and both of our internet speeds are fine and capable of hosting.

I live in the Philippines. My friend's house is 3 minutes away from mine. If I play from my house, we have second delays.
